The 2010 Folsom Street Fair Rate is $179.00 per night for stays including September 24-26, 2010 (all rates are based on single/double occupancy in a standard room + 15.5% taxes. A 3-night minimum and full pre-payment are required for all stays through the FSF weekend and must include both Saturday and Sunday. Additional person: +$15.00.
